An application has been made to the High Court seeking the winding up of Deal-Doc Technology Limited, trading as BabyDoc Shop, and the appointment of Mark Degnan and Daryll McKenna of Interpath as Joint Provisional Liquidators.
We understand that customers with outstanding orders or deposits will have urgent questions. If you paid by debit or with credit card, you should contact your bank or card provider promptly to ask whether a chargeback process may apply to your payment.
Subject to appointment, the Liquidators will review outstanding customer orders, stock, creditor claims and the options available within the provisional liquidation.
